What to blog about?

Pre- workshop activities
You will need to bring a laptop to class along with an extension cord and/ or power strip so that you can plug into the electrical outlets. Please be sure that you have wireless capability on your laptop as you will need to be connected during the workshop.
Create a folder on your lap top labeled Blogging Workshop. Save the following items to the folder:
A picture of yourself
A short “about me” article, who you are, what you like
A short article, a welcome to my blog or write about a listing you have or a local event
A photo(s) of your community -something you would like to see as a “header” photo on your blog  
Please be sure you know how to find the Folder on your laptop as we will be uploading them to your blog.
Think of a Blog title that you might like to name your blog. Sally’s Blog is okay but think of a search term someone might use to find you. You can always change your blog name later on if you like.
Visit Blog sites and explore the pages and articles. Notice the side bars and Blog titles.  What do you like or dislike?

*If you own your own domain name like monikamcgillicuddy.com or NHRealtyScoops.com and want to direct them toward your blog we can help you do that.
Class will run about 3 to 3.5 hours and we will be available after class for questions.
When you leave your blog will be “live” and we’ll show you how to maintain it, comment on it and add future articles (posts) to it.
